"I love how she uses the proper words but then explains what it means in laymans terms. It has given me the tools to go and practice yoga in other places without feeling like I have no idea what is going on. I have enjoyed all the extras she has done with us, like the breathing with our legs up the wall, and love how each week she passes on little tips e.g. lift the knees to get the quods engaged. Building blocks and tip bits to give a great foundation to keep learning".
